Electronic voting information will be sent out shortly, together with the password for the AGM section of the website, to access documentation.

There will also be a link circulated to attend the AGM virtually, for those who still wish to participate.

Whilst we wait for our trip to Wymeswold, the time has come again, to think about the wonderful skills and sports we've worked on in partnership with our dogs in 2025 and we are now looking for nominations for our fellow club members with their SWDs, who deserve recognition for their hard work.

Please send your nominations, with the reasons why you think they should win to:

These will then be read and winners selected by our President, Faye Allen, and winners will be presented at our AGM.

The categories are for the following:

• Working Gundog – awarded to dog and handler in recognition for their contribution to Gun Dog Work

• Agility – awarded to the dog and handler for outstanding achievement in Agility or Hoopers

• Companion Dog – awarded to the DOG who's loyal companionship has enhanced human life

• Obedience – awarded for the dog and handler top skills in any Obedience disciplines including Rally

• Splash – awarded to the best dog and handler team in any water-based sport or activity

• The Nose – awarded to the DOG with the most outstanding nose work, in any form of scent or tracking skills

• Rally - awarded to the dog and handler team for outstanding achievement in Rally

Nominations close at 6pm on Thursday 16th April 2026
