If any members wish to have their names and details added to this list please contact Jenny Bloomfield (see questionare for contact details). You can download, or be sent, an application form which should be completed and returned with the fee of £10. The fee is renewable on January 1st annually and will be donated to the Spanish Water Dog Welfare and Rehoming Group.

We now provide the option to pay the Breeders List fee by annual Standing Order. If you wish to make use of this facility please click on the link below to view and print a standing order mandate form. Once completed this should be sent to Jenny Bloomfield, at the address on the application form, accompanied by your application form.
